A Sweet Truck Bed Engagement

I cannot think of anything more romantic than snuggling up under some blankets in a vintage truck bed with your sweetie! Sent over from Element Photography, that is exactly the inspiration these two love birds had for their sweet engagement session! Touches of fabulous vintage, a laid back wardrobe and that yellow Chevy -this couple sure has a style I cannot help but adore!

Lemonade Stand Engagement Shoot

Wow, do I have a swoon-worthy engagement to share with y'all today! Captured By Belinda photos took my breath away the moment I set eyes on this lemonade stand inspired shoot. Aside from the beautiful couple clearly so in love, the sentimental value of the shoot - "turning lemons into lemonade" is so closely connected to a marriage! Life is sure to throw you some lemons throughout your years together but in the end, it's all about making the most of them!

A Whimsical Yellow Bridesmaid Inspiration

From engagement shoots to real weddings, there is plenty of great inspiration out there! But wait, what about the bridesmaids?! Well, this amazing styled shoot from Kreatid Photography and Design focuses strictly on the maids - about time right?! Be ready to do some major swooning over the shoots brilliant yellow color palette and stunning floral head pieces!

From Kreatid Photography and Design:

For this styled session, my dream was to produce a session that was exclusively for bridesmaids. When it comes to choosing the attire of many a bridesmaid, too often I’ve heard statements like: “Oh, you could totally (emphasis on the ‘totally’) wear that again!” and “If you just shortened it, it could be a ‘cocktail dress’!” This session is hopefully inspiration to brides who are choosing attire for their maids…showing them a more non-traditional approach to picking their “ladies in waiting” attire. :) Vintage hues of yellow set in an outdoor nature setting were the original inspiration for these maids…mixing in floral headdresses, brilliant white pomaders, shortened vintage cocktail dresses + coordinating authentic vintage jewelry added to the modern vintage spin for today’s bridesmaids. Whereas adding touches of vintage mason jars, an antique velvet couch, vintage reading material and vintage fabric draping added to the vintage flavor of this session.

Rustic Elegant Yellow & Green Wedding Inspiration

A rustic setting, some fabulous antique furniture and of course, amazing details - this inspiration shoot from Caroline & Evan Photography is complete bliss! From the soft palette accented with pops of yellow to those beautiful chalk inspired table settings - I just cannot get enough! The best part? The details seen throughout are so simple that they can easily be replicated for your own wedding, shower or rehersal!

From the design team: Our initial bit of inspiration came from the awesome tablecloth we found by Under Stella’s Umbrella- rustic, yet elegant. Then we came across a rosemary wreath by FiftyFlowers.com, and thus came about the incorporation of rosemary elements into details. I wanted the table to have more of a “family style” feel to it, and so we made custom wine labels, put buckets of silverware at the end of each table, and had a tray of rosemary seasalt rolls with olive oil… all becoming part of the tablescape. Add in some yellow, green and white flowers, antique wooden chairs and piece from my favorite antique shop Paper Street Market, and we had our rustic, elegant inspiration shoot!
